Shipping Policy

I will always aim to get your order out as soon as possible, depending on the time of day you place your order then I will try to dispatch it the next working day.

Generally you should receive your goods 2-3 working days after placing your order. If you have ordered a personalized candle then this will take a few extra days.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with your product then please don't hesitate to contact me. I make all of my candles by hand, they are not mass produced in a factory so please excuse the odd imperfection but if you are really unhappy with one of your products then please do get in touch and I will offer a full refund.
